I started my working career as a school’s laboratory technician in 1984
Worked in the Chemical Industry from 1987 to 1999 chemical maintenance and quality control as a works chemist.
I started in the asbestos industry in 2000 as an asbestos analyst going on to set up and manage a UKAS accredited analytical companies on several occasions. I was involved in asbestos analytical services for 9 Years.
In 2009 became General Manager for an asbestos removal company managing their asbestos removal license and all aspects of the asbestos removal process.
2010 I became the manager of the asbestos trade association ACAD, where you are a conduit for the transfer of information. Actively steering industry change for the better.
2013 moved into the asbestos manufacturing and supplies sector, became an industry expert on the integration of new technologies in today’s equipment.

Workers should expect a pleasant environment to decontaminate in, with the aid of technology this is possible with the bonus we can manage out the bad decision-making processes the less disciplined workers adopt. Poor decontamination discipline is a big problem in the industry that effects not just the person who failed to follow procedure, it also harms everyone that person meets later that day.
